Ship your mobile app, not a boilerplate

Design, build and publish a real iOS + Android app — solo, with code and AI. Not a template you don't understand: an app you own, that you can evolve and monetize. By the end: app built, monetization wired, submitted to the stores — with the process to pass Apple and Google review.

Your app idea — how long has it been waiting?

  • You've noted it somewhere — maybe even mocked it up in Figma. It's been sitting for months.
  • You tried a no-code tool, watched three tutorials, bought a course… and still zero app on the store.
  • Every week you tell yourself “someday”. And every week, someone else publishes theirs.

The problem isn't you. It's that nobody showed you the full path — from idea to App Store listing. That's exactly what we do here.

2013 → 2026

Everyone told me I was crazy

2013. My company was going into liquidation, my first child was on the way. Sleepless nights, running the numbers every way possible: going back to a salaried job didn't hold up — not for the bank account, not for the life we wanted. One image settled everything: I would not miss my daughter's first steps.

I knew how to code, but I had always relied on others to sell. So I bought a $99 book on freelancing and applied it to the letter. The result: my first recurring client — who stayed for 12 years. The first of a long series. Meanwhile, everyone around me kept repeating “it'll never work, get a job”.

2026. My second child was just born, and I'm making the exact same choice again. Except with AI, what took me years in 2013 now gets built in a few weeks — all the way to an app published on the stores.

The mechanism is the $99 book — from the other side of the table. In 2013 it gave me a precise move to execute when everyone told me to get a job. In 2026, AI has crushed the cost of execution: what's missing is the full move — validate, cut, launch, get paid, capitalize. That's what I pass on. Not a revenue promise: the method I still use on my own products.

❌ An off-the-shelf boilerplate

  • 🎓 You pay for a template you don't understand
  • 🧩 The smallest change breaks something you can't fix
  • 😵 You're stuck the day your app really needs to evolve

✅ Launch with Code — Mobile

  • You build your app yourself, AI as copilot
  • 🤖 You understand every screen → you can evolve it all

The program

7 modules, from idea to the App Store

Ship-first: every module moves your real app forward. And the 7th — your second brain — is what almost nobody else teaches you.

Why AI alone won't make you ship. AI crushed the cost of code: anyone can generate 500 lines in 10 seconds. Generating ≠ shipping. What's missing is the full move: scope a brutal MVP, drive AI without drowning, wire what gets paid, capitalize so you never start from zero. Without that move, AI just fills bigger folders that sleep. This program = the transmission of that move. And module 7 — missing almost everywhere else — builds your execution capital: your next product won't start from zero.
💡 Module 1

Find and validate an app idea

Before opening the editor: check with real data (via Strategik) that people search for — and would pay for — your app.

See the outline
  • App ideas that work: a precise problem, recurring use, a market that pays
  • Read the store market: competitors, keywords, volumes (Strategik)
  • Decide in 48 hours: build it or pivot — before opening the editor
🎁 Inclus : Strategik (market data)
📐 Module 2

Design your app (a one-screen MVP)

Cut your idea down to a first version you can publish in days, not months.

See the outline
  • The screen that matters: reduce your app to ONE use that helps from v1
  • Write the spec in your second brain to guide AI with YOUR context
  • Prepare the store listing from design: name, promise, screenshots
🎁 Inclus : Store screenshots
⚡ Module 3

Build with AI, no boilerplate

Build your app with AI as a pair-programmer — code you own, that you understand.

See the outline
  • One codebase for iOS + Android: the modern framework I use for my own apps
  • The AI loop: spec → generate → test on your phone → iterate
  • Code you own: you understand every screen, you can evolve everything
🎁 Inclus : Your second brain (Obsidian)
🚀 Module 4

Publish to the App Store and Google Play

The scary step: developer accounts, signing, Apple review. I get you to the other side.

See the outline
  • Open developer accounts cleanly (Apple $99/yr, Google $25) without getting rejected
  • Signing, builds, TestFlight: my skills automate the painful parts
  • Pass Apple review on the first try: the traps I know by heart
🎁 Inclus : App Store + Google Play skills
🤖 Module 5

Monetize: subscriptions and in-app purchases

Wire in-app payments (RevenueCat, StoreKit) to charge from your very first user.

See the outline
  • Pick your model: subscription, one-time purchase, freemium — depending on your app
  • Wire RevenueCat without pulling your hair out: paywall, offers, trials
  • Charge from your very first user, on both stores
🎁 Inclus : In-app purchases skill
💰 Module 6

Find your first users

Get off zero downloads: store listing (ASO), launch, and getting known with no ad budget.

See the outline
  • The listing that converts: keywords, screenshots, description (ASO)
  • The launch: where and how to talk about your app with no ad budget (PurrPlan, Warmr)
  • Measure what brings downloads (Rekon) and push where it works
🎁 Inclus : PurrPlan, Warmr, Rekon, Optimized listing
🧠 Module 7

Execution capital: never start from zero again

The difference between a builder and an amateur: system memory. My pre-configured Obsidian vault — specs, prompts, learnings — so every next product costs half the time, because AI works with YOUR context.

See the outline
  • Set up your Obsidian vault with my PARA structure, in one evening
  • Capitalize specs, learnings and ideas: never start from zero again
  • Give AI YOUR context: it works like you, not like everyone else
🎁 Inclus : My starter Obsidian vault

Who guides you

Just me shipping apps — since 2008

15+ years of code, my own apps live on the App Store and Google Play (health, wellbeing, productivity). Solo, dad, based in Réunion. Not a template, not theory, not a guru: I publish real apps, and I teach you exactly how I do it — from idea to store listing.

My background in detail →

Who has already joined

  • A family-business owner, in Studio support — to build his own company tools.
  • A seasoned developer with projects already in production — for an outside eye on a new one.

If you already have an idea — even a rough one — the useful thing is to check whether it can be framed before August 20.

🎯 Until August 10: I personally review your brief before the start.

Proof, not promises

Apps of my own, live on the stores

I'm not selling you theory. Here are products I designed, built and published — solo.

🍽️ Dodo Kal
Nutrition · iOS

Food tracking, live on the App Store.

🧘 Pensées Positives
Wellbeing · iOS + Android

Rituals and affirmations, live on both stores.

🐱 PurrPlan
SaaS · Web

Social publishing tool, in production.

They've already jumped. Among the first members: Mathieu, who runs a family SME on Réunion island — not to launch a SaaS, but to build his company's own tools: quotes, tracking, automations. Same program, another door: have AI build what your company used to pay dearly for… or never had.
💡 Even with zero users, an app is an asset. I've sold a product for €15,000 without a single client — because the idea and the code were already worth something. What you build doesn't vanish: you keep it, grow it, or sell it.

No agency behind me, no team. Just the same path I teach you — from idea to store listing.

🎁 Founder bonus

Sébastien's workshop: my tools and skills, included with your seat

SaaS I normally sell by subscription + my Claude Code skills that automate store publishing — included in the Cohort and Studio.

💰 €997/yr of tools — included with your seat. Zero extra software to pay for, zero setup: you plug into my system and move YOUR product forward.

🧰 My tools, unlocked

🐱 PurrPlan — 6 months

Automatic social publishing. Get your first users without spending all day on it.

🔥 Warmr

Warm up your TikTok accounts to post without getting throttled — distribution that brings users.

📊 Strategik

My app market research tool: describe your idea, it pulls competing apps, their pricing and the keywords people search on the stores. It's what we use in module 1 to validate your idea with numbers, not gut feeling.

🎯 Rekon

My analytics tool: who visits your app's page, where they come from (Google, social, ads) and what they do next. You know which channel actually brings downloads, so you know where to push.

🌐 DropRadar

My expired-domain radar: abandoned domain names that kept their SEO authority. Grab one for your app's site and it starts years ahead on Google instead of starting from zero.

🔗 LinkBeaver

Backlinks (links from other sites to yours) are the #1 signal to rank on Google. LinkBeaver gets them for your app's site without outreach — the SEO boost everyone else pays dearly for.

⚡ My AI skills to publish without the pain

🍎 Publish to the App Store

My skill handles the build, upload and Apple review submission for you.

🤖 Publish to Google Play

My skill handles the upload and staged rollout on the Play Store.

🖼️ Store screenshots

Generate clean, localized listing visuals.

🔎 Optimized listing

The right keywords to get found on the stores.

💳 In-app purchases

Wire your subscriptions (RevenueCat) without the headache.

🧠 Starter Obsidian vault

My second brain ready to go: PARA structure + specs & learnings templates.

Bonuses reserved for the Cohort and Studio tiers. Access provided at cohort start.

The founding offer

Join the very first cohort

Founder pricing, because you're trusting a brand-new program. 12 spots for this first cohort — not one more.

You just want videos → Self-paced. Your problem is finishing → Cohort. You want Sébastien in the loop on YOUR product → Studio.

Capped at 12 for direct support · 1 taken · 11 open

Guarantee 14 days · 4× interest-free · lifetime founder price

🎯 Enrolled before Aug 10: I personally review your arrival brief (Module 0) before the start.

What the status quo costs: an agency for a custom tool, €5,000-15,000. A theory bootcamp with no product at the end, ~€4,500. Staying without an exit: your job, your mortgage. Here: the program + the €997/yr arsenal included + the 14-day guarantee. You're not buying a pile of videos — you're acquiring the ability to ship a product that can get paid.

Why 12 spots in the Cohort and 3 in Studio?

Because this isn't a video course where I disappear after checkout. In the Cohort, I look at your project and give you feedback. In Studio, I read your code and reply personally within 24 h. I'm solo: my real coaching capacity is physically limited. When it's full, it closes until the next batch — at the public price (the crossed-out one). Your founder price is locked for life the moment you sign up, updates included.

FAQ

If I buy today, do I wait until August 20 with nothing?
No. As soon as you sign up, you get Module 0 — Kickoff in your member space: 4 short lessons, a workbook (problem bank, terrain grid, arrival brief) and an audio introduction from Sébastien. Goal: arrive on August 20 with a framed terrain and your setup ready. Modules 1-7 open on August 20, 2026.
Does Module 0 replace Module 1?
No. Module 0 is preparation: you collect raw material and set up your environment. Module 1 (August 20) covers idea validation, AI-assisted market research and the conversations test.
I can't code, can I build an app?
Yes. We lean on AI and a modern framework that ships an iOS + Android app from a single codebase. You level up by shipping, not by sitting through 40h of theory.
I don't have a Mac — is iOS off the table?
No, and that's exactly what I show you. Three paths: a second-hand Mac mini (an M1 runs around €350 and lasts you years), a cloud Mac rented by the hour (MacinCloud, MacStadium) just to compile and publish, or build all your Android first and hop onto a Mac only when you ship the iOS version. There's always a way — I give you mine.
And the developer accounts?
On you: Apple ($99/yr) and Google ($25 once). I guide you to set them up cleanly, without getting bounced at review.
How much time per week?
Count on 3 to 5 hours. The format is built for busy people. You go at your pace; the cohort sets the tempo.
Isn't publishing to the App Store a nightmare?
It's the step that blocks most people — so it's the one I detail most: signing, TestFlight, Apple review, store listing. You get to the other side with me, August 20, 2026.
Another course promising "€10k/month"?
No — and you'll never see that promise here. I'm not promising you revenue: I teach you to build an asset. An app of your own, on the stores, that you keep, grow or sell. Everything on this page is verifiable: my apps are live, and the program is guaranteed for 14 days.
I don't want to launch a business, just tool up my company — is this for me?
Yes — that's exactly the case of one of our first members: Mathieu, who runs a family SME and joined to automate his company (quotes, tracking, follow-ups). The method is the same: scope, have AI build it, ship to production — whether the "client" is the market or your own company.
What if it's not for me?
Email me within 14 days of the start: if you did the work and it gives you nothing, I refund you. No questions.
I've already bought courses where nobody ever answered. Will I be left alone again?
A legitimate — and common — fear. Here, support isn't a sales-page bonus: it's why the cohort is capped at 12. You ask concrete questions, you share your deliverables (idea, offer, page, messages): I read and reply myself, asynchronously, with actionable feedback. I promise neither a 24/7 hotline nor instant replies — I run this alone, and I have a family. But you won't be left unanswered on work you actually put in. (Honest note: these replies come with Cohort and Studio — Self-paced is the program on your own.)
I already have a course, ebooks or an offer — I just can't sell them. Is this for me?
Yes — if your problem is turning an existing asset into a clear, testable offer put in front of the market. You don't have to start from a « sleeping idea »: an existing course, finished ebooks, know-how — that's raw material. We work on positioning, promise and message first, then a page and a simple launch to test real sales. If you're only after advanced ads or complex funnel training, this isn't the right program: without a legible offer, ads can't save you.
Why not just use ChatGPT on my own?
You can — and it's a good start. But the tool won't decide what to build, in what order, under which constraints, or how to test without scattering yourself. The program turns AI into a concrete action plan — not one more gadget.
I don't live in France (different timezone) — is that a problem?
No — the program is 100% remote and built for it. The cohort's live sessions are recorded: if the time doesn't work in your timezone, you get the replay. Everything else is asynchronous (modules, feedback, answers). And for one-on-one exchanges, I adapt to your timezone as much as I can.
Not ready to invest today?
Start with the 48-hour Crash-Test (€27): a guided protocol to decide whether your idea deserves to be built — a GO or NO-GO verdict in 48 hours, no coding. Join the program later and your €27 is automatically deducted.

Your app is still just an idea?

Leave with the free checklist: publish a real iOS + Android app — even without a Mac.

  • Build for iOS even without a Mac (the 3 options that work)
  • The App Store + Play Store publishing checklist
  • Store listing (ASO): the minimum to get found
