Ship your mobile app, not a boilerplate
Design, build and publish a real iOS + Android app — solo, with code and AI. Not a template you don't understand: an app you own, that you can evolve and monetize. By the end: app built, monetization wired, submitted to the stores — with the process to pass Apple and Google review.

Your app idea — how long has it been waiting?
- You've noted it somewhere — maybe even mocked it up in Figma. It's been sitting for months.
- You tried a no-code tool, watched three tutorials, bought a course… and still zero app on the store.
- Every week you tell yourself “someday”. And every week, someone else publishes theirs.
The problem isn't you. It's that nobody showed you the full path — from idea to App Store listing. That's exactly what we do here.
Everyone told me I was crazy
2013. My company was going into liquidation, my first child was on the way. Sleepless nights, running the numbers every way possible: going back to a salaried job didn't hold up — not for the bank account, not for the life we wanted. One image settled everything: I would not miss my daughter's first steps.
I knew how to code, but I had always relied on others to sell. So I bought a $99 book on freelancing and applied it to the letter. The result: my first recurring client — who stayed for 12 years. The first of a long series. Meanwhile, everyone around me kept repeating “it'll never work, get a job”.
2026. My second child was just born, and I'm making the exact same choice again. Except with AI, what took me years in 2013 now gets built in a few weeks — all the way to an app published on the stores.
The mechanism is the $99 book — from the other side of the table. In 2013 it gave me a precise move to execute when everyone told me to get a job. In 2026, AI has crushed the cost of execution: what's missing is the full move — validate, cut, launch, get paid, capitalize. That's what I pass on. Not a revenue promise: the method I still use on my own products.
From idea to your app on the stores
Tutorials teach you to code an app.
Not to ship it.
The difference between a demo running on your simulator and an app real people download.
❌ An off-the-shelf boilerplate
- 🎓 You pay for a template you don't understand
- 🧩 The smallest change breaks something you can't fix
- 😵 You're stuck the day your app really needs to evolve
✅ Launch with Code — Mobile
- ⚡ You build your app yourself, AI as copilot
- 🤖 You understand every screen → you can evolve it all
- 💰 Submitted to the stores, monetization ready
7 modules, from idea to the App Store
Ship-first: every module moves your real app forward. And the 7th — your second brain — is what almost nobody else teaches you.
Find and validate an app idea
Before opening the editor: check with real data (via Strategik) that people search for — and would pay for — your app.
See the outline
- App ideas that work: a precise problem, recurring use, a market that pays
- Read the store market: competitors, keywords, volumes (Strategik)
- Decide in 48 hours: build it or pivot — before opening the editor
Design your app (a one-screen MVP)
Cut your idea down to a first version you can publish in days, not months.
See the outline
- The screen that matters: reduce your app to ONE use that helps from v1
- Write the spec in your second brain to guide AI with YOUR context
- Prepare the store listing from design: name, promise, screenshots
Build with AI, no boilerplate
Build your app with AI as a pair-programmer — code you own, that you understand.
See the outline
- One codebase for iOS + Android: the modern framework I use for my own apps
- The AI loop: spec → generate → test on your phone → iterate
- Code you own: you understand every screen, you can evolve everything
Publish to the App Store and Google Play
The scary step: developer accounts, signing, Apple review. I get you to the other side.
See the outline
- Open developer accounts cleanly (Apple $99/yr, Google $25) without getting rejected
- Signing, builds, TestFlight: my skills automate the painful parts
- Pass Apple review on the first try: the traps I know by heart
Monetize: subscriptions and in-app purchases
Wire in-app payments (RevenueCat, StoreKit) to charge from your very first user.
See the outline
- Pick your model: subscription, one-time purchase, freemium — depending on your app
- Wire RevenueCat without pulling your hair out: paywall, offers, trials
- Charge from your very first user, on both stores
Find your first users
Get off zero downloads: store listing (ASO), launch, and getting known with no ad budget.
See the outline
- The listing that converts: keywords, screenshots, description (ASO)
- The launch: where and how to talk about your app with no ad budget (PurrPlan, Warmr)
- Measure what brings downloads (Rekon) and push where it works
Execution capital: never start from zero again
The difference between a builder and an amateur: system memory. My pre-configured Obsidian vault — specs, prompts, learnings — so every next product costs half the time, because AI works with YOUR context.
See the outline
- Set up your Obsidian vault with my PARA structure, in one evening
- Capitalize specs, learnings and ideas: never start from zero again
- Give AI YOUR context: it works like you, not like everyone else
Just me shipping apps — since 2008
15+ years of code, my own apps live on the App Store and Google Play (health, wellbeing, productivity). Solo, dad, based in Réunion. Not a template, not theory, not a guru: I publish real apps, and I teach you exactly how I do it — from idea to store listing.
Who has already joined
- A family-business owner, in Studio support — to build his own company tools.
- A seasoned developer with projects already in production — for an outside eye on a new one.
If you already have an idea — even a rough one — the useful thing is to check whether it can be framed before August 20.

Apps of my own, live on the stores
I'm not selling you theory. Here are products I designed, built and published — solo.
Food tracking, live on the App Store.
Rituals and affirmations, live on both stores.
Social publishing tool, in production.
No agency behind me, no team. Just the same path I teach you — from idea to store listing.
Sébastien's workshop: my tools and skills, included with your seat
SaaS I normally sell by subscription + my Claude Code skills that automate store publishing — included in the Cohort and Studio.
💰 €997/yr of tools — included with your seat. Zero extra software to pay for, zero setup: you plug into my system and move YOUR product forward.
🧰 My tools, unlocked
Automatic social publishing. Get your first users without spending all day on it.
Warm up your TikTok accounts to post without getting throttled — distribution that brings users.
My app market research tool: describe your idea, it pulls competing apps, their pricing and the keywords people search on the stores. It's what we use in module 1 to validate your idea with numbers, not gut feeling.
My analytics tool: who visits your app's page, where they come from (Google, social, ads) and what they do next. You know which channel actually brings downloads, so you know where to push.
My expired-domain radar: abandoned domain names that kept their SEO authority. Grab one for your app's site and it starts years ahead on Google instead of starting from zero.
Backlinks (links from other sites to yours) are the #1 signal to rank on Google. LinkBeaver gets them for your app's site without outreach — the SEO boost everyone else pays dearly for.
⚡ My AI skills to publish without the pain
My skill handles the build, upload and Apple review submission for you.
My skill handles the upload and staged rollout on the Play Store.
Generate clean, localized listing visuals.
The right keywords to get found on the stores.
Wire your subscriptions (RevenueCat) without the headache.
My second brain ready to go: PARA structure + specs & learnings templates.
